A licensed California Real Estate Broker (DRE #01432017), Robert founded A Phoenix Enterprise with a clear thesis: that technology could fundamentally transform the landlord-tenant relationship from transactional to relational.

Prior to founding A Phoenix Enterprise, Robert held senior roles at several Bay Area real estate investment firms, where he oversaw portfolios exceeding $200M in residential assets. His early adoption of property management software and AI-driven maintenance systems earned him recognition in Silicon Valley's growing PropTech community.

A Phoenix Enterprise LLC is not liable for damages resulting from delayed reporting of maintenance issues by the tenant.

All content on this website and portal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of A Phoenix Enterprise LLC and is protected by California and federal copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
